In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "728pub" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 728pub.net, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Platform" means the 728pub website, software, applications, and all related digital services made available to registered members.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has completed the 728pub registration process and holds an active account.

• "Funds" means the PHP balance held in a Member's 728pub account, comprising deposited money and any credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 728pub that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any 728pub service. By registering, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. 728pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Member cannot demonstrate compliance.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The 728pub platform is intended for use by persons located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 728pub is lawful in your jurisdiction. 728pub does not accept registrations from individuals located in Restricted Jurisdictions. Any attempt to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services, is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) 728pub account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 728pub reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds without notice.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 728pub may reject or suspend accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

728pub operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Verification may be required before a Member can make withdrawals, access certain promotions, or continue using the platform after crossing defined activity thresholds.

4.1 Required Documents

728pub may request any or all of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing matching name, or bank account confirmation)
• Source of funds declaration where required for high-value transactions

4.2 Verification Timelines

728pub aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification completion.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

Where a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period as requested by 728pub, 728pub reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawals, or close the account and return the verified deposit balance via the original payment method, less any applicable processing fees.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

728pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP):

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on 728pub is ₱100. Deposits made through GCash and InstaPay are generally credited in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your 728pub account balance. 728pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with 728pub's anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals to GCash are processed same-day for KYC-verified accounts where requests are submitted before the daily processing cut-off. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within one (1) to three (3) business days.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

728pub requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted. This condition exists to prevent the use of the 728pub platform as a money transfer mechanism and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements. 728pub reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests where unusual account activity is detected.

5.5 Currency

All 728pub account balances, transactions, and displayed figures are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 728pub does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

728pub offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this Article.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 728pub account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for 728pub bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.

6.2 Game Contributions

Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Live casino table games and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. The specific contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that remain unused or whose wagering requirements have not been completed within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. 728pub is not obligated to notify Members of impending bonus expiry, though we endeavor to do so as a courtesy.

6.4 Abuse & Misuse

728pub reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete rollover requirements without genuine engagement with the platform's games. Multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.

All games available on the 728pub platform operate under their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on 728pub, you agree to abide by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All 728pub electronic game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently tested and audited to ensure randomness, fairness, and compliance with applicable standards. Results cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including 728pub staff.

7.2 Malfunctions & Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software fault during a 728pub gaming session, 728pub reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Member's account. 728pub shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Decisions made by 728pub's technical operations team regarding game malfunctions are final.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on 728pub are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, 728pub's sports betting rules will determine the settlement outcome. PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other available markets each have distinct settlement rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 728pub platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Operating more than one 728pub account simultaneously or in sequence
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the 728pub platform
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using 728pub for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any 728pub software
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or sports integrity violations
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 728pub staff or other Members

9.1 Suspension by 728pub

728pub reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Member account at any time, without prior notice, where 728pub reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, security risk, or other circumstances that warrant investigation. During a suspension, the Member's access to funds may be temporarily withheld pending the outcome of any review.

9.2 Account Closure by Member

Members may request the closure of their 728pub account at any time by contacting 728pub customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the 728pub platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, 728pub will take reasonable steps to prevent the affected Member from registering new accounts. 10.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your gaming budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from 728pub for a minimum of 30 days or permanently. This cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming activity during a session.

10.2 Minors Protection

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 728pub platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Use the 728pub name, logo, or branding in any commercial context
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 728pub platform on any third-party website
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 728pub platform

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 728pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 728pub platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or gaming winnings due to technical malfunction, system outage, or network disruption
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials
• Decisions made in reliance on information or odds displayed on the platform that contain errors
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events

728pub's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

728pub collects, processes, stores, and uses Member personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and the policies set out in the 728pub Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

Key data practices of 728pub include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement
• 728pub does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Data is stored on secure servers with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements

728pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 728pub will provide reasonable notice to Members via the platform or by email to the address registered on the Member's account. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 728pub platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Article 9.2.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

728pub's online gaming operations are conducted in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Members who have unresolved complaints may escalate to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution channels after exhausting the 728pub internal complaints process.
